At BebeBloomLab, every piece is custom-made and personalized just for you.

Because of this, refunds are only possible for orders that have not yet entered production.
Once production has started, we are unable to cancel the order β€” however, we are always happy to offer an exchange or replacement if needed.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

🚫 Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only, based on recent shipments.

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (such as customs or peak seasons).
For this reason, shipping delays are not eligible for refunds.

If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received:
