Shipping and Returns
Preview: your caricature preview arrives by email in about 2 working days.
Delivery: prints ship after you approve the preview, fully tracked. Most orders arrive in about 7–12 working days. Busy seasons like Black Friday and Christmas can add a few days, so order early.
Packaging: every print is laminated and shipped flat, so it won't bend or crease.
Shipping cost: free on orders over $70. Digital files are sent by email, so there's nothing to ship.
Returns: each caricature is drawn to order, so we can't take returns. If you're not happy, we'll amend it until you are. If your print arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days and we'll send a free replacement.
