Why can't I smell a strong fragrance?
That's on purpose. It breaks odour down instead of covering it, so the light floral scent fades and the room just smells clean.
Will it work on old urine smells?
Use Strong mode on the spot, let it settle, and repeat once a day for 2–3 days for older or deeper smells.
How long does a refill last?
